Shack Bay Brewing – Returns & Refunds Policy
At Shack Bay Brewing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and refunds policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if your purchase has a major problem, such as:

The product is faulty, damaged, or unsafe.

The product is significantly different from its description.

The product does not perform as promised.
If the problem is minor, we may choose to provide a replacement or repair.
Please note: We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, or fail to read the product description carefully.
Returns Process
If you believe there is an issue with your purchase:

Contact us at sale@shackbay.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, details of the issue, and, if possible, a photo of the product.

We will assess your claim and advise on next steps (refund or replacement).
Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once approved.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Returns Shipping

If the product is deemed faulty, damaged, or not as described, Shack Bay Brewing will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning the product for any reason not covered by ACL, shipping costs will be your responsibility (if we accept the return).
Alcohol-Specific Conditions
Due to the nature of our products (alcohol), returns can only be accepted if:

The product is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Products must remain unopened and in original condition unless faulty.
